Pick one specific person, or experience and think about how their outward actions towards you changed your life. I bet you changed their life too!
When I consider those who gave so much to my own life, I am not only filled with gratitude, but I am also further inspired to give back. I know now how meaningful it might be for others to experience my own kindness and mindfulness towards them.
