Of all the Chinese 5 Elements, WOOD (live plants) is the only element that creates itself. It is life force energy! So, the next time you’re at the market, grab a bunch (or two) of flowers and bring them home. Place them in the kitchen, family room, bathroom, or in a room where someone needs a boost of color and joy!!
(NOTE: be sure you change them out once they are wilting, falling apart, and showing signs of dryness. This is opposite energy of the Life you are wanting to add to your space.)
